The Awakening.

for quite some time now, i have been trying to find little outlets here and there to express not only the things i cannot so do with the arts, but also as a means of releasing thoughts and ideas that have been overly flooding my every waking hour. thoughts about life, love, the world, the future, and the past... i have been having a bit of a difficult time finding ways to emotionally unload these days, not to mention just simply get things out of my mind. this blog is my attempt to try another new thing, but to also lay everything out on the table in nice, neat columns.

the idea to start a weblog came to me late one summer afternoon, walking over the waialae overpass. i always stop at this one spot to have a quick cigarette and watch the cars stream past underneath, hence the inspiration for a title.
